About me….
“I don’t focus on WHAT people need to learn, but on HOW and WHERE people learn.”
Hello, my name is Paul Alders, a problem solver with a passion for learning solutions.
Since 2008 I have been involved in solving all kinds of issues in the field of online learning and training. Initially in addition to my work as a lecturer in business economics and since 2011 as a full-time freelancer.
The name EyeSpirations is an acronym of the words ‘eye-catching’, ‘inspiring’ and ‘expectations’. Three words that come together in all my learning/training projects and describe my personal philosophy of what a learning solution should be like.
In recent years I have built up an expertise in the use of rapid learning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise and I am recognized as one of Articulate’s Super Heroes. (Articulate Super Heroes are persistent contributors to the Articulate community. They seek to help other Articulate users by providing advice, feedback and resources.)

We are a global company with 17,000 employees in 25+ countries, which means that the elearning needs to appeal to a large variety of employees. Together with Paul we developed a very nice product. Thank you, Paul, for the professional and pleasant cooperation.
Elisa Lin – Strategic Services Consultant at Kaiser Permanente
My company engaged eyespirations to build an interactive e-learning solution. Paul from eyespirations exceeded my expectations by providing above and beyond service. We had an internal miscommunication which caused rework, however Paul was very understanding and offered to help fix the problem. He made it a priority and the fast turnaround was greatly appreciated. His reliability and responsiveness demonstrated that he has his client needs at heart. This is a great service provider always focusing on delivering quality products and keeping customers happy. It’s with pleasure that I recommend eyespirations (Paul) to other peers/companies looking for interactive e-learning solutions.
Koen Sevenants – PhD., Mental Health Specialist for the UNICEF led Child Protection Area of Responsibility.
Working with Paul with the purpose of improving the well-being of children around the world has been both productive in terms of outcomes and pleasant during the process. He understood that consultation processes were important as well as field testing of produced materials, despite it made the cooperation complicated for him. He understands quickly what is desired and is capable to take over the vocabulary used by clients. I would for sure recommend him.
Daniela Raphael – PhD student, Antoni van Leeuwenhoek.
The online version of the PtDA was developed together with the e-learning company EyeSpirations. Dear Paul, thank you for your endless patience with all the adjustments and changes to the decision aid, thanks to your efforts we have developed a wonderful tool.
Anne Heirman – MD, PhD-candidate Head-and-Neck Surgery at Antoni van Leeuwenhoek
Paul was recommended to me by a colleague for the development of a patient decision aid tool, and I certainly did not regret working together! Paul is very professional, has good insights and above all he makes time for you and the project. Even after finishing the project, he helped me out with designing a poster for a conference. I am very happy and proud of the end result! I would definitely recommend working with Paul. Thanks for pleasant cooperation and the beautiful decision aid.
